SERPOST, SHALOM, OLVACOURIER, USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

Sellers should indicate the available shipping methods in their product listings and provide estimated delivery times

Processing Time: Sellers must ship the products within the specified time frame listed in the product description, or as otherwise agreed upon with the buyer. The processing time generally includes packaging and handing the order over to the carrier.
Example: "Ships within 3-5 business days."
Handling Time: Some sellers may require additional handling time for larger, custom, or made-to-order products. Sellers should update their product listings to reflect any extended handling times.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. The delivery time may vary depending on the following factors:

9. Lost or Damaged Items
Lost or Damaged Packages:If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, the buyer should contact the seller immediately to begin the claims process.
Buyers: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. The seller may be able to assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Claims Process: If the package is damaged, buyers are encouraged to take photos of the damage and contact the seller as soon as possible. Sellers may need to work with the shipping carrier to file claims for lost or damaged goods.
